Server Hosting

Server hosting includes:

• Domain Name Hosting: Two domains are included in your monthly cost.
• Backup Tape Rotation: GMA will provide tape rotation service and offsite tape storage in a locked cabinet on a weekly basis. The customer must supply the tapes needed for server backup and is responsible for their own disaster recovery plan and backup verification.
• Full Access: You will be allowed physical access to your server during our normal business hours (8am - 4:30pm, Monday - Friday).
• Power Protection: Your server will be protected by a UPS, with a generator available in the event of a power failure or power spikes.
• Network Monitoring: GMA monitors its network and backbone connections 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. In the event of network outages, GMA will immediately take all efforts to correct the problem.
• System Monitoring: (available upon request, pager not included) GMA will setup its network monitoring system to monitor the customers server(s), and contact them via alphanumeric pager in the event of an outage.
• High-speed / Redundancy: Multiple, geographically diverse, Gigabit Ethernet and OC-12 fiber optic connections to tier 1 upstream providers and a direct connection to our 10/100 BaseT Ethernet Network.

Notes: Customers are responsible for the entire configuration and maintenance of their own server. Each server may be either one tower, or up to 5U of rack space.

Customer must provide necessary hardware to rack mount servers in standard two post 19 inch rack, if rack mount option is chosen.
